Your practice, on the record.

How the system fits together

The matter is the unit of record

Everything anchors to the matter: timeline, parties, team, documents, deadlines, correspondence and money in one workspace under the firm's own numbering. Intake runs a conflict screen before the matter exists, templates give every matter of a kind the same shape on day one, and firms that want partner review over new engagements get it enforced — not suggested.

Risk is caught at the door, and proven later

Conflicts are screened across clients, organizations, directors and ultimate beneficial owners before anything is created, with waivers typed, attributed and stamped. Underneath everything runs an append-only audit ledger the application itself cannot rewrite — so eight months later, what the record says is what happened.

Money that survives an auditor

Three serial books — VAT, exempt and proforma — each unbroken. Tax ruled per line, because one legal statement routinely carries three treatments. Invoices freeze at issue; currencies carry their own frozen rate; retainers know what they have already billed; settlements cannot double-record; receipts seal on their own sequence. Reporting excludes drafts and estimates by construction.

Documents with versions, boundaries and a way back

Files live in the matter with full version history, check-out so edits cannot collide, and a recycle bin so deletion is reversible until it is deliberate. Clients see exactly what the firm grants — per folder, matter or document — through a portal that never bills them as seats, and can return signed copies straight into the right folder.

Correspondence that belongs to the file

Gmail and Outlook connect scoped to the label the firm chooses — nothing outside it is ever fetched — and a message joins a matter when someone attaches it, deliberately. Mail sent from a matter goes through the lawyer's own address. Invoices are delivered as links the firm can see were opened, so "I never received it" becomes a question with an answer.

Three languages, one system

English, Arabic and French run through the whole product — interface, portal, invoices, receipts — with genuine right-to-left layout, not translated labels wrapped around a left-to-right frame. Each person works in their language; each client receives documents in the firm's.

What a week inside it looks like

Capabilities matter in sequence. These are the workflows firms actually run — from a conflict screen at intake to a sealed receipt at settlement.

All use cases

Built to be defensible, not just organised

  • Append-only audit ledger — no role, including ours, can rewrite an entry
  • Firm isolation enforced by row-level security in the database, not by hiding buttons
  • Issued invoices and receipts freeze: stored values outrank any later setting change
  • Conflict checks run before a matter exists, and cleared searches are records too
  • True right-to-left Arabic throughout, including the documents you send
